Experience

Green Advisory’s directors’ strategy experience is extensive across the fields of sustainability and ESG over many years including spending the last ten years performing senior inhouse roles with major “green” mining companies.

 

Responsibilities included managing sustainability and external affairs activities including corporate, operational and project development aspects of stakeholder engagement and issues management.

 

These activities also included development and publication of two annual reports  and sustainability reports for a major publicly listed company which summarised the achievements of FY 2021 and 2022. It also included leading the integration of sustainability throughout the business during a particularly rapid growth phase, and overseeing the sustainability materiality assessment revision for the business and developing a community investment strategy.

 

The Green Advisory directors have experience across multiple industry sectors and business sizes, ranging from start-ups and small to medium enterprises, to large organizations, both for profit and non-profit. This wide ranging experience gives us the ability to provide balanced and practical perspectives of how ESG and Sustainability fits and can be embedded within businesses.
